Current maximum statutory notarial fees through December 31, 2026: acknowledgments: $15 per signature; oaths/affirmations and jurats: $15; deposition services: $30, plus $7 for administering the oath and $7 for the certificate; certified copy of a power of attorney: $15. Effective January 1, 2027, the maximum fees increase to $20 for acknowledgments, jurats, and certified copies of powers of attorney; $35 for deposition services, plus $12 for the oath and $12 for the deposition certificate. Certain services remain no-fee as required by law.
